Sydney is one of the world's great cruise ports, with ships sailing right into the heart of the city. A cruise terminal transfer gets you and your luggage to the ship without dragging suitcases through crowds.
Sydney's two cruise terminals
- Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT), Circular Quay: beside The Rocks, with views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
- White Bay Cruise Terminal, Rozelle: west of the Harbour Bridge, used by many ships that cannot fit under it.
Your cruise documents will tell you which terminal you are using. Check carefully, as they are in different suburbs.
Airport to ship
Flying in on embarkation day? Leave plenty of time between landing and boarding. Many cruisers fly in the day before and stay near the harbour. We can collect you from Sydney Airport, your hotel or home and take you directly to the terminal.
Ship to airport or home
Disembarkation mornings are busy, with thousands of passengers leaving at once. A pre-booked chauffeur saves queuing for taxis. Tell us your ship, date and expected disembarkation time.
Luggage
Cruise luggage adds up fast. For couples with large cases, an SUV is often more comfortable than a sedan. Families and groups can choose the Mercedes V Class or Sprinter minibus.
