These terms apply to chauffeur and transfer services provided by Sydney Airport Cars. By requesting a quote or booking, you agree to them.
A quote request is not a booking. We confirm availability and send a quote by email. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Tolls and airport parking fees are not included in the quoted price and will be charged separately at cost. Extras such as child seats, extra stops and additional waiting time are confirmed in your quote.
We invoice you after your booking is confirmed. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice.
Tell us as soon as possible if your plans change by contacting us on 1300 018 097. Cancellation and change terms are stated in your quote.
Waiting arrangements for airport and other pick-ups are confirmed in your quote. Additional waiting may be charged as set out in the quote.
Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow reasonable instructions from the chauffeur. Child seats must be requested in advance. We may refuse or end a trip if behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful, or if a vehicle is damaged or soiled.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by events outside our control, such as traffic, road closures, weather or flight changes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
