Booking a chauffeur for the first time? Here is exactly what happens, from the moment you send a request to the moment your car arrives.
Step 1: Request a quote
Fill in the quote request form or call 1300 018 097. Include:
- Pickup and drop-off addresses
- Date and time (and flight number for airport trips)
- Number of passengers and bags
- Preferred vehicle, child seats and any extra stops
Step 2: Receive your quote
We review your trip and email you a quote. Prices depend on the route, date, time, vehicle and extras. No payment is taken online when you request a quote.
Step 3: Confirm your booking
Happy with the quote? Reply to confirm. Our team then locks in your vehicle and pickup time.
Step 4: Booking confirmation
You receive your booking details by email. Check the date, time, addresses and terminal, and let us know straight away if anything needs changing.
Step 5: Travel day
Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, helps with luggage and takes you where you need to go. For airport arrivals, see our pickup guide.
Step 6: Invoice
We send your invoice after your trip. Tolls and airport parking are charged separately at cost.
Changing your booking
Need to change a time or add a stop? Contact us as early as possible and we will update your booking.
