After a long flight, the last thing you want is a taxi queue or a rideshare surge. A pre-booked Sydney Airport pickup means a professional chauffeur is planned around your arrival, your luggage is handled and you go straight to your hotel, home or office. Here is how it works at each terminal.

Which terminal are you arriving at?

Sydney Airport (Kingsford Smith) has three passenger terminals. T1 is the international terminal. T2 and T3 are the domestic terminals: T3 is used by Qantas domestic flights, and T2 by Virgin Australia, Jetstar and other domestic airlines. T1 sits on the western side of the airport, while T2 and T3 are side by side on the eastern side, so it matters which one you land at. Always include your airline and flight number when you request your quote.

How the pickup works

  • Before you fly: we confirm your booking, vehicle and pickup details by email.
  • When you land: switch your phone on and check for a message from our team.
  • Meeting your chauffeur: your confirmation explains exactly where to meet. If you would like a name-board meet and greet in the arrivals hall, just ask when booking.
  • To the car: your chauffeur helps with luggage and walks you to the vehicle.

International arrivals at T1: allow for customs

International passengers need to clear immigration, collect bags and pass through biosecurity before reaching the arrivals hall. Depending on the time of day and how many flights land together, this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to well over an hour. Giving us your flight number lets us plan the pickup time realistically, so you are not rushing and your chauffeur is ready when you walk out.

Domestic arrivals at T2 and T3

Domestic pickups are usually quicker, especially if you only have carry-on luggage. Tell us if you are checking bags so we can allow time at the carousel.

What if my flight is delayed?

Delays happen. Because your pickup is linked to your flight details, let us know as soon as you can if anything changes, and call 1300 018 097 if you need to update your booking on the day.

Choosing the right car

A solo business traveller is comfortable in a luxury sedan such as the Lexus ES. Families and groups with lots of luggage are better in the Audi Q7 or Mercedes V Class, and larger groups can book our 11-seat Mercedes Sprinter. See the full chauffeur fleet.

Tips for a smooth airport pickup

  • Book early, especially for early-morning and late-night arrivals and school holidays.
  • Tell us how many bags, prams, golf bags or surfboards you have.
  • Request child seats in advance if you are travelling with young children.
  • Remember that tolls and airport parking are charged separately at cost.
