Weather, air traffic and tailwinds mean flights often land earlier or later than planned. Here is how to make sure your airport pickup still runs smoothly.
Always give us your flight number
Your flight number is the most useful detail in your booking. It tells us your airline, terminal and scheduled arrival, so we can plan your pickup around the flight rather than a guess.
If your flight is delayed
- Check your booking confirmation and keep your phone handy.
- Let us know about the delay as soon as you can, by phone or email.
- If your flight is cancelled or moved to another day, contact us to rebook.
If your flight lands early
An early landing does not always mean an early exit. At T1 International you still need to clear immigration, collect bags and pass biosecurity, which can take a while. At T2 and T3 Domestic, things move faster, especially with carry-on only. If you are out early, call 1300 018 097 and we will let you know where your chauffeur is.
Diverted flights
If your flight is diverted or you end up landing at a different airport, contact us straight away so we can work out a new plan. With Western Sydney International Airport now open, double-check which airport your flight uses.
Tips to avoid problems
- Turn your phone on as soon as you land.
- Give us a mobile number that works in Australia.
- Tell us if you have checked bags so we can allow time.
- Keep our number saved: 1300 018 097.
